Three things about me that a CV cannot really say.
Before writing a single line I want to understand the problem. I talk to the people who know the business, put everything down on paper and turn their needs into clear technical decisions. That way the project starts with the right ideas and no surprises halfway through.
I am not a supplier who delivers and disappears. I stay inside the group, listen to feedback and put it back into the product. When the work is over, the team can carry on by itself what we built together.
If a technical choice is wrong I tell you, even when it is awkward. If something can be done better I do it again. What I hand over is stuff I would put online under my own name, and in fact I do.
